二、若欲投標政府各類招標計畫者，請於114年9月5日前先告知所屬系所及計畫業務一、二組(請以電子郵件通知計畫業務一、二組承辦人林小組及蔡小姐，電子信箱：jyilin@nycu.edu.tw、mis7088@nycu.edu.tw)，屆時若全校投標件數超過規定，將進行校內協調作業。

三、請有意申請教師所屬單位於114年9月9日前備齊招標公告規定之投標文件，以簽案會辦計畫業務一/二組並送研發處陳核後用印，於114年9月16日17時前送達該博物館辦理投標。

四、有關學術倫理及發表論文或參加國際學術會議之列名原則等相關注意事項請參見計畫業務組網站公告。
