重申本校商標管理辦法與使用規範

本校商標範疇：

完整中英文校名、校名中英文簡寫、校徽、NYCU LOGO、原交通大學中英文完整 / 簡寫校名、校徽、原陽明大學校徽、校名，或其他足以辨識為本校識別標誌等所有圖文。

申請時機：

關於本校商標使用規範，依「陽明交通大學商標管理辦法」，下述情形需先提出申請，通過後始可使用：

1. 校內各單位，如因公務、業務宣導、辦理活動所需製作的實體宣傳品，如：筆、文具、生活用品、3C週邊、服飾或各式裝飾 / 用品等各式實體紀念品。（僅限活動贈送 / 發放，不得販售）

2. 與校外單位合作辦理活動、課程招生等，需製作背板、展場布置、螢幕 / 公車 / 宣傳旗幟等，使用於校外場域。

下列申請商標使用毋需申請：校內公務用文具、名片、PPT、校內活動海報 / 背板、各式文件等。

使用時請務必遵守「品牌識別手冊_Brand Guidelines」之規範，以維護本校品牌形象。

NYCU Trademark Scope:

The university's trademarks include the full and abbreviated Chinese and English names of the school, the school emblem, the NYCU logo, the full and abbreviated Chinese and English names and emblem of the former National Chiao Tung University, the emblem and name of the former National Yang Ming University, as well as any other graphics or text that can be identified as official university marks.

When to Apply for Trademark Usage:
According to the Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Trademark Management Regulations, prior approval is required for the following cases:

The production of physical promotional materials by university departments for official business, publicity, or event-related purposes, such as pens, stationery, daily essentials, 3C accessories, clothing, decorations, or other commemorative items. (These items must be given away and cannot be sold.)

Collaboration with external organizations for events, course promotions, or other activities that require the production of backdrops, exhibition displays, screen advertisements, bus ads, promotional banners, or other materials used off-campus.

Please be sure to comply with the guidelines in the "Brand Guidelines" when using this product in order to maintain the school's brand image.
