經濟部推動「科研成果價值創造計畫」（價創2.0），以補助學術機構方式，有效促成、培育學界衍生之新創事業，引領具前瞻能量之新創事業形成新興科技產業聚落，從而落實推動新興科技產業發展目標。學界科專辦公室特辦理計畫推廣說明會，以鼓勵學術機構申請計畫。

本說明會將深入介紹計畫目的、補助內容、申請作業、審查重點以及經費編列等重要事項。

Subject: Promotional Briefing Sessions for the “MOEA Value Creation Program (Value Creation 2.0)” – Sessions at NYCU Hsinchu Campus on 5/5 and Yangming Campus on 5/6 (Attachments Included)

Purpose of the Event:
The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) is promoting the “MOEA Value Creation Program for Scientific Research Achievements (Value Creation 2.0),” which aims to support academic institutions in facilitating and nurturing the formation of university spin-off startups. These startups, with forward-looking technological capabilities, are expected to contribute to the development of emerging technology industry clusters. In alignment with this initiative, the university’s Academic Research Project Office is organizing promotional briefing sessions to encourage academic institutions to apply for the program.

Key Highlights and Agenda:
The briefing sessions will provide a comprehensive introduction to the program’s objectives, funding details, application procedures, review criteria, and budget planning.

• Presentation on the Value Creation Program (approximately 1 hour)
• On-site consultation and guidance (approximately 1 hour)
