主　旨：公告「臺北市販售餐飲不得免費提供一次性餐具之公私場所、品項及收費標準」，並自中華民國114 年7 月22 日生效。

說 明：

1. 依據臺北市淨零排放管理自治條例第20條第3項規定。期由公部門率先執行一次性餐具計價收費，以價制量，並鼓勵自備環保餐具，從日常生活實踐循環減碳，引領市民邁向資源永續、環保新生活。
2. 本校校園陽明校區餐飲場所係公告設址於政府機關、公營事業機構、行政法人及公立學校，以服務員工、師生為目的經營之福利社、合作社、餐廳或其他餐飲業務之民間業者，不得免費提供一次性餐具品項為餐盒、碗?筷子及湯匙。
3. 所稱一次性餐具係指供消費者一次使用， 用過即丟之特性而設計製成之各類材質盛裝容器及餐具，客?上不再經洗滌後重複提供消費者使用，但不包括裝填食物後，以商品形式陳列貨架供選購者。

Notice: Ban on Free Provision of Single-Use Tableware in Food Establishments – Effective July 22, 2025

Content:

1. In accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 3 of the Taipei City Net Zero Emissions Management Regulations, Taipei City will prohibit food vendors in certain public and private venues from offering single-use tableware for free. This aims to reduce waste and encourage reusable alternatives.
2. At our Yangming Campus, food service businesses operating in public institutions (including school cafeterias, co-ops, and restaurants) must charge for single-use items such as meal boxes, bowls, chopsticks, and spoons.
3. "Single-use tableware" refers to disposable items meant for one-time use and not intended to be washed and reused. This does not include pre-packaged products on shelves.
