主旨：公告修正「國立陽明交通大學服務學習課程實施辦法」，請查照並轉知所屬師生。

說明：

一、本校「國立陽明交通大學服務學習課程實施辦法」業經114學年度第4次課程委員會通過及114學年度第4次教務會議核備，自115學年度起實施。

二、配合本次修法，自115學年度起，服務學習課程不再列為全校學士班學生共同畢業門檻。

三、本校學士班學生於114學年度（含）前入學者，是否應修習服務學習課程，依授予學位之學系（學位學程、校自學學士）規定辦理；115學年度（含）起入學之學士班學生，則由各學系（學位學程、校自學學士）依發展特色及教學需要訂定相關修課規範。

四、服務學習課程仍持續開設，鼓勵學生透過參與服務學習課程及相關服務活動，培養關懷社會、跨域合作、問題解決及公民參與能力。

Subject: Announcement of the Amendment to the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Service-Learning Course Implementation Regulations. Please disseminate this information to all faculty members and students.

Explanation:

1. The National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Service-Learning Course Implementation Regulations have been approved by the 4th Curriculum Committee Meeting and acknowledged by the 4th Academic Affairs Meeting of Academic Year 2025. The amended Regulations will take effect beginning with Academic Year 2026.
2. In accordance with this amendment, Service-Learning Courses will no longer be a university-wide graduation requirement for undergraduate students starting from Academic Year 2026.
3. For undergraduate students admitted in Academic Year 2025 or earlier, the requirement to complete Service-Learning Courses shall be determined in accordance with the regulations of the degree-conferring department, degree program, or the Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Program. For students admitted in Academic Year 2026 and thereafter, each department, degree program, or the Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Program may establish its own Service-Learning Course requirements based on its educational objectives, disciplinary characteristics, and instructional needs.
4. Service-Learning Courses will continue to be offered. Students are encouraged to participate in Service-Learning Courses and related service activities to cultivate social responsibility, interdisciplinary collaboration, problem-solving skills, and civic engagement.
