追趕跑跳蹦是每個孩子身體的本能,我們在玩耍、嬉戲等探索及挑戰世界的過程中,獲得肢體關節的觸發與鍛鍊。? 今年暑假再度由本校體適能、田徑與肌力訓練專長之體育專任教師,與校隊開辦體適能運動班,學習如何用正確的啟動引燃爆發力,並結合體適能觀念減少運動傷害,讓孩子除了放電,更讓運動潛力獲得最大的開發。
Running, chasing, jumping, and tumbling are natural instincts for every child. Through play and exploration, children engage in activities that stimulate and strengthen their joints and limbs. This summer, our university’s dedicated P.E. teachers—experts in physical fitness, track and field, and strength training—will once again lead the Children’s Physical Fitness Program. Students will learn how to activate explosive power through proper movement initiation and gain foundational fitness knowledge to reduce the risk of sports injuries.
