誠摯邀請本校同學組隊參加「2025 ICT實驗室創意實作競賽」，發揮創意、展現實力，還有豐富獎金等你來拿！

?? 參賽資格

1. 限本校在學學生（含大學部、碩士班、在職專班及博士班）。
2. 應屆畢業生亦可報名，請另行來信主辦單位並預留相關活動時間（決賽、成果展、頒獎典禮）。
3. 每隊可自由跨院、跨系組隊，至多3人，需指派1位團隊代表與主辦單位聯繫。
4. 成員不得重複參賽，報名截止後不可更換成員。

※備註：為展現多元整合能力，若參賽團隊作品具跨領域特色（如跨系、跨院或跨校），將優先考慮。

?? 冠軍（1組）：獎金10,000元 + 獎狀
?? 亞軍（1組）：獎金5,000元 + 獎狀
?? 季軍（1組）：獎金3,000元 + 獎狀
??? 佳作（2組）：禮品 + 獎狀
?? 人氣獎（1組）：成果展現場觀眾票選，禮品 + 獎狀

?? 注意事項

1. 入圍決賽團隊每組將獲得新台幣2,000元材料補助款，未於指定時間內完成作品並繳交相關文件，則不予補助。如有不實者，承辦單位得取消其補助。
2. 入圍決賽之團隊須到場參加決賽與頒獎典禮等待得獎揭曉；若缺席則視為放棄獲獎資格。
3. 經費報支截止日為2025年10月31日。
4. 主辦單位保有活動之最終解釋、修改及取消權利。

Are you passionate about hands-on creation? Do you have a head full of creative ideas waiting to come to life?
We sincerely invite all NYCU students to form a team and participate in the 2025 ICT Lab Creative Hands-on Competition—show your creativity, demonstrate your skills, and win amazing prizes!

📌 Eligibility

1. Open to all currently enrolled NYCU students (including undergraduates, master’s, in-service master’s, and doctoral students).
2. Graduating students are also welcome to apply—please email the organizers and reserve time for key events (final round, exhibition, and award ceremony).
3. Teams can be interdisciplinary and cross-college, with up to 3 members per team. One member must be designated as the team representative for communications with the organizers.
4. Each student may only participate in one team. No changes to team members are allowed after the registration deadline.

🏆 1st Place (1 team): NT$10,000 + Certificate
🥈 2nd Place (1 team): NT$5,000 + Certificate
🥉 3rd Place (1 team): NT$3,000 + Certificate

⏰ Competition Timeline
📅 June 30: Submission deadline (Required: Application Form, Commitment Form, Project Proposal)
📅 July 31: Announcement of selected teams from preliminary proposal review
📅 October 31: Deadline for final round submission
📅 November 14: Final presentation and judging
📅 December 24: Award Ceremony

⚠️ Notes
1.Finalist teams will receive NT$2,000 in materials subsidy. Teams who fail to complete their projects or submit required documents by the deadlines will not receive the subsidy. Any falsification may result in cancellation by the organizers.

2. Finalist teams must attend the final round and award ceremony in person. Absence will be considered a forfeiture of prize eligibility.

3. The deadline for reimbursement claims is October 31, 2025.

4. The organizers reserve the right to interpret, modify, or cancel the event at any time.
