這是一場關於自我價值 × 關係選擇 × 情感成熟度的探索。

Have you ever noticed—
You’ve swiped through so many people, yet the more you swipe, the more confused you feel?
The conversations are exciting, but they always seem to fade away?
Once the flirting begins, you feel even more anxious and insecure?

This doesn’t mean you’re not good enough.
It’s that we’ve never been taught—
how to understand ourselves before a relationship begins.

This is not a class about “how to date.”
It’s an exploration of self-worth × relationship choices × emotional maturity.

By joining this workshop, you will:
✨ Recognize your habitual patterns in relationships and stop repeating old scripts
✨ Stay emotionally grounded amid attraction and ambiguity, and learn to express your needs and boundaries
✨ Build clear relationship values so that love becomes a choice—not a source of anxiety

Participants: 15 students from our university

※ Please complete online registration in advance if you wish to attend.

※ This activity is eligible for university learning activity certification and Teacher Passport credits.

※ For any questions regarding certification hours, please consult the staff at check-in or after the event.

※ After registering, participants are required to pay a NT$200 deposit at the Health Psychology Center (Chiao Tung Campus) service desk within three working days. The deposit must be completed no later than May 7, 2026 (Thursday) at noon. The full amount will be refunded upon attendance.

※ Lunch will be provided at the end of the workshop.
