• 新穎電子材料元件與技術:寬能隙半導體元件、Atom世代半導體元件、量子計算、積體光學與類神經網路技術。
• 積體電路設計:生醫感測電路、新型態高速運算電路、量子計算機、類比/數位/射頻積體電路。
• 訊號處理與人工智慧: 人工智慧運算與應用(大型語言模型、生成式AI、Edge AI等)、多媒體系統(電腦視覺、自然語言處理等)、通訊系統、訊號處理。
• EDA: 電子設計自動化: 前瞻製程與先進封裝設計自動化、AI/ML 輔助設計與流程最佳化。
• 其他與電子/半導體相關之新興領域。

Faculty Positions in NYCU Institute of Electronics

The Institute of Electronics at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) is inviting applications for faculty positions at the rank of Professors, Associate professors, and Assistant professors with expertise in the following area:

1. Novel Electronic Materials and Technologies: Wide bandgap semiconductor devices, atom-generation semiconductor devices, quantum computing, integrated optics, and neuromorphic technology.
2. Integrated Circuit Design: Biomedical sensing circuits, new types of high-speed computing circuits, quantum computers, analog/digital/radio frequency integrated circuits.
3. Signal Processing and Artificial Intelligence: Artificial Intelligence Computing and Aplications ( Large Language Model, Generative AI, Edge AI, etc.), Multimedia Systems (Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, etc.), Communication Systems, Signal Processing. 
4. EDA: Electronic Design Automation: Advanced process and advanced packaging design automation, AI/ML-assisted design and process optimization.
5. Other emerging fields related to electronics/semiconductors.
