本中心為校級研究單位,主要致力於研究如何設計、製作、傳播、推廣及運用高等教育開放資源及各種與開放教育相關之議題,於2013年開始製作大規模開放式在線課程(Massive Open Online Course, MOOC,亦稱為磨課師)並建置ewant育網開放教育平台(https://www.ewant.org/),至今已與超過115所大學簽約,提供約18,000課次的優質課程,擁有超過66萬名的使用者,為台灣最大的磨課師平台。我們誠摯邀請對拓展開放教育有熱忱或對推動數位學習有興趣的夥伴加入我們。平台。我們誠摯邀請對拓展開放教育有熱忱或對推動數位學習有興趣的夥伴加入我們。
1. 職稱:計畫助理(課程規劃師)2名
2. 公告期間:即日起至115年5月31日止
3. 僱用期間:自奉核可後實際報到日起(依計畫期程僱用,視情況得以延長年限)。
4. 本職位將協助推廣數位課程作為學分課程,並負責以下工作,
- 規劃、製作、經營數位課程以及輔助授課教師與助教課程內容管理。
- 負責磨課師課程相關業務策畫與執行並提供諮詢。
- 協助教師、學生數位能力培訓計畫。
- 數據資料整理,主管交辦事項。
5. 待遇:依國立陽明交通大學計畫專任工作人員薪酬支給標準表敘薪,學士學歷39180元/月起薪為原則、碩士學歷43965元/月起薪為原則,相關工作年資另依本校規定辦理提敘。
6. 資格條件:
- 大學 (含) 以上學歷。
- 具備活動規劃與執行經驗者佳。
- 具備數位教育、MOOC 或教育推廣實務經驗。
- 熟練溝通技巧,能主動與合作對象建立良好互動。
- 熟悉學校決策層、縣市教育行政生態或曾與政府單位推進合作經驗者。
- 熟悉學習數據觀察,能了解如何從互動數據中提取洞察及建議。
7. 加分條件:
- 熟悉 ewant 育網平台或本中心各項計畫內容者。
- 熟悉學校行政工作流程者。
- 熟悉或願意快速學習 AI 工具,能將 AI 生成結果整合應用於教材、簡報與互動設計
8. 消極資格條件:
- 非屬機關首長或計畫項下執行單位各級主管、計畫主持人、共同主持人及協同主持人之配偶及三親等以內血、姻親。
- 不具在學身分 (在職專班除外,計畫另有規定者,依該計畫相關規定辦理) 。
- 無性別平等教育法第27-1條不得聘任、任用、進用或運用之情形:
- 有性侵害行為,或有情節重大之性騷擾或性霸凌行為。
- 有性騷擾或性霸凌行為,非屬情節重大,而有必要予以解聘、免職、終止契約關係或終止運用關係,並經審酌案件情節,議決一年至四年不得聘任、任用、進用或運用。
8. 上班時間:依本校相關規定辦理(彈性上下班,08:00-09:00上班,17:00-18:00下班,中午休息1小時)。

Unit Introduction
The Higher Education Resources for Openness Research Center is a university-level research unit dedicated to the study, design, production, dissemination, promotion, and application of higher education open resources, as well as issues related to open education.
Since 2013, the Center has developed Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and established the ewant Open Education Platform (https://www.ewant.org/). To date, ewant has signed agreements with more than 115 universities, offered approximately 18,000 course sessions, and served over 660,000 users, making it the largest MOOC platform in Taiwan.

Position Information
1. Position Title
Project Assistant (Course Planner), 2 positions
2. Application Period
From now until May 31, 2026
3. Employment Period
Starting from the actual reporting date after approval. Employment will be based on the project period and may be extended depending on circumstances.
4. Job Description
This position will assist in promoting digital courses as credit-bearing courses and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Plan, produce, operate, and manage digital courses, and assist instructors and teaching assistants with course content management.
- Plan and execute MOOC-related affairs and provide consultation services.
- Assist in digital competency training programs for faculty members and students.
- Organize data and perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
5. Salary
Salary will be determined in accordance with the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University salary standards for full-time project staff. The starting monthly salary is, in principle, NT$39,180 for applicants with a bachelor’s degree and NT$43,965 for applicants with a master’s degree. Relevant work experience may be recognized for salary adjustment in accordance with University regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience in event planning and execution is preferred.
- Practical experience in digital education, MOOCs, or educational outreach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively build positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with school decision-making processes, local government education administration, or experience collaborating with government agencies is preferred.
- Familiarity with learning data analysis, with the ability to extract insights and recommendations from learner interaction data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the ewant Open Education Platform or the Center’s related projects.
- Familiarity with school administrative procedures.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to quickly learn, AI tools and the ability to integrate AI-generated outputs into teaching materials, presentations, and interactive design.
Disqualifying Conditions
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- The applicant is not the spouse or a relative by blood or marriage within the third degree of kinship of the agency head, supervisors at all levels of the project implementation unit, the principal investigator, co-principal investigators, or co-investigators.
- The applicant does not hold current student status, except for students enrolled in in-service master’s programs or unless otherwise stipulated by the relevant project regulations.
- The applicant is not subject to any circumstance under Article 27-1 of the Gender Equity Education Act that would prohibit appointment, employment, engagement, or utilization, including:
- Having committed sexual assault, or having committed sexual harassment or sexual bullying of a serious nature.
- Having committed sexual harassment or sexual bullying that is not of a serious nature, but for which dismissal, removal from office, termination of contract, or termination of engagement is deemed necessary, and where a decision has been made, after reviewing the circumstances of the case, to prohibit appointment, employment, engagement, or utilization for one to four years.
Working Hours
Working hours shall be handled in accordance with relevant University regulations. Flexible working hours apply: arrival between 8:00–9:00 a.m. and departure between 5:00–6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break.
Annual Leave
Annual leave shall be handled in accordance with the University’s work rules for contract employees.

Shortlisted candidates invited for an interview will participate in the following stages:
1. Video Recording Stage
For recruitment review purposes, candidates are requested to prepare a one-minute self-introduction in advance. The Center’s staff will assist with recording on the interview day for review by supervisors.
2. Presentation and Interview Stage
Project Presentation, 5 minutes
Candidates are requested to prepare a presentation on past experience assisting with “learning activities” or “educational training.” We hope to understand how the candidate defined the problem, implemented the solution, and evaluated the impact of the final outcome.
Team Discussion
Candidates will be invited to speak with team members related to the position. Candidates are welcome to ask questions about job responsibilities, team collaboration, and working style to ensure mutual understanding of the future work arrangement.
Supervisor Interview
Candidates will have an in-depth interview with the unit supervisor. In addition to evaluating professional competencies, candidates are welcome to share their expectations for the position, career goals, or innovative ideas.
Important Note
Candidates who proceed to the interview stage will be required to sign a declaration confirming that they are not subject to any disqualifying circumstances under Article 27-1 of the Gender Equity Education Act.
