「校園小幫手」英文版正式上線

您偏好使用哪種語言作為小幫手的語言?

由校務大數據研究中心所開發的聊天機器人─國立陽明交通大學校園小幫手(簡稱校園小幫手)，致力於為陽明交大校園中的日常大小事提供及推播資訊。在2023年9月，校園小幫手與LINE台灣進行官方合作，正式成為受認證之官方帳號@nycuchatbot。校園小幫手於2020年12月正式推出，歷經了多次改版，現已累積將近8,000位的使用者。

「校園小幫手」英文版之功能選單

在聊天機器人的技術純熟之際，以及本校教職員生對於校園小幫手的熟悉程度，開發團隊將於2024年4月推出「校園小幫手」英文版，以協助本校外籍生也能夠透過校園小幫手取得豐富的校園生活資訊。

「校園小幫手」英文版建置於原本的校園小幫手，每一位使用者在加入此帳號時，即可選擇要使用中文版或英文版。考量外籍生與本籍生在校園資訊的需求有所不同，「校園小幫手」英文版提供的資訊主要以校園生活為主，包括「行事曆(Calendar)」、「交通資訊(TransportationInfo.)」、「學餐資訊(DiningInfo.)」、「緊急連絡電話(EmergencyCall)」、「場所營業時間(OpeningHours)」、「校園位置(Location)」、「常見問題(FAQ)」以及「校園安全緊急處理方式(CampusSafetySOP)」。未來，開發團隊仍會持續更新中英文校園小幫手，在功能使用以及資訊更新能夠更貼近全校教職員生的校園資訊需求。

The English Version of NYCU Chatbot was officially launched

Which language do you prefer for the chatbot ?

The NYCU Chatbot, developed by the NYCU Center for Institutional Research and Data Analytics (CIRDA), is dedicated to providing and broadcasting information on campus matters. In September 2023, the NYCU Chatbot officially partnered with LINE Taiwan and became an official account @nycuchatbot. Since its launch in December 2020, the NYCU Chatbot has undergone several revisions and now boasts nearly 8,000 users.
