『112學年度第2學期餐廳評鑑』網路問卷:

*問卷請進- https://portal.nycu.edu.tw/

             單一入口進入後點總務項下餐廳廠商績效評鑑系統（交大校區）。

問卷期間: 即日起至5月17日止。

*參加『112學年度第2學期曙U評鑑』問卷就有機會獲得多項大獎:

1.商品卡1000元5名。

2.商品卡500元10名。

3.商品卡300元23名。

4.商品卡200元73名。

 

注意事項：1.中獎者以E-MAIL通知，並於2個月內至經營管理二組領取，逾時視同放棄。

                   2.逾時無人領取之獎品將併入下次評鑑活動抽獎獎品。

 It's time for our restaurant evaluation again! Our online survey is now in full swing!

We invite all of you to participate in the survey and enter our prize drawing!

The "Restaurant Evaluation Survey for the 2^nd Semester of Academic Year 2023" is accessible online:

*Access to the survey:

Through the NYCU Portal, find the “General Affairs”, and then the “Restaurant Performance Rating System (NCTU Campus)” under it.

 Survey Period: From today until May 17.

* By participating in the "Restaurant Evaluation Survey for the 2^nd Semester of Academic Year 2023", you will have the opportunity to win several major prizes:

1. Gift cards worth NT$1,000 for 5 people.

2. Gift cards worth NT$500 for 10 people.

3. Gift cards worth NT$300 for 23 people.

4 Gift cards worth NT$200 for 73 people.

  

Important Notes:

1.      Winners will be notified via email and must collect their prizes from the 2^nd Division of Property and Business Management within 2 months, or they will forfeit their winnings.

2.      Unclaimed prizes will be included in the prize pool for the next rating event.
