國立陽明交通大學國際半導體產業學院誠徵約聘助理研究員1名。

一、學歷：具博士學位，有發展學術研究及建教合作計畫能力。

二、專長：

1. Quantum materials and devices related simulation technique

Experience for evaluation new quantum material and devices using first-principles calculation, density functional theory, or multi-scale analysis

2. Two-dimensional materials and transistor related simulation technique

Experience for evaluation IV characteristics of Novel 2D transistors using quantum transport theory and Non-Equilibrium Green’s Function (NEGF) method

3. Ferroelectric materials and devices related simulation technique

Experience for ferroelectric materials and devices analysis using first-principles calculation, and density functional theory

三、工作項目：從事執行前瞻半導體技術研究中心計畫、推廣工作事宜。

四、工作地點：國立陽明交通大學光復校區電子資訊大樓211 室。
